I have reset the companion back to factory installation and I have completely uninstalled the main tablet drivers and reinstalled them. The wacom desktop center is also constantly seeing the battery as being low even when windows itself is saying its plugged into mains. The pen and touch are also working, however, the computer is unable to detect the companion's monitor. However recently the monitor has not been properly tracking the cursor to the pen I compare it to the Cintiq being like a giant track pad, and the pen is my finger moving the cursor as though it were a mouse. The system did try a windows 8 update the evening before however was unable to due to poor internet connection. It seems the system is booting up there just isnt any screen showing, no backlight either. The air flow also change direction when tilted as they should. When switching on the fans rev up as it would when booting up. I have also tried removing the power cable and reattaching it. I've tried placing it on standby, rebooting and powering down then back up. The screen died while I was drawing and I haven't been able to get it working again. The screen has ceased functioning, remaining black no matter what I try. Lucky I'm not expecting to do any Lightning effects for awhile, though it is still a major inconvenience for my coursework.I'm having some trouble with my cintiq companion 2. I've also just gotten an update for Flash CC, tried out the Brush tool, and it STILL hasn't been fixed yet.

Can you get a check on that possibility, if everything does indeed appear to be 'fixed' and/or 'resolved' on your end? Not only that, but I've heard of Norton possibly corrupting and/or deleting files. I was downloading Flash along with a couple other Adobe CC products and Norton started acting up and shutting down and going haywire. I am not a newbie to the Wacom functionality, so I have tried all of the obvious fixes.ĭoes anyone know of any fixes for this problem? I have the 30 day free trial of Flash, and I am not going to buy this if I cant get it resolved in the next month! I have no where else to turn! It seems like a Flash not being able to handle the tablet function settings. I cant find a single thing online that comes anywhere close to what I need about this issue. Which shouldn't matter anyway if the pen works in other Adobe apps. I turned off all tablet settings that might interfere. The issue persists with the default pen and a different brand pen that I frequently use. Again, it works fine with the pen in other drawing apps like photoshop It has no problem working if I were to use my finger on the touch screen instead of the pen, which is very strange.

The problem is, its offset now to the end of the line, so it is completely unusable. What it does is makes a long straight diagonal line every time I try to touch it to the screen, and then at the end of said line, it then will draw what I gesture with my hand. I have had no issue drawing within the Photoshop that I have had for months now, but when I just installed Flash CC, the tablet will not let me use the tablet pen to draw a line correctly. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga Ultrabook that has tablet functionality via Wacom.
